Getting Here

Our address is 329 Roycefield Rd, Hillsborough, NJ, 08844. When you drive to our address, you should turn in when you see the red "Cream Puff Farms" sign. The driveway is about 1/4 of a mile long. Please drive past the first residential house. Behind the house is a parking lot. Please park there and one of our team members will come out to greet you.

COVID-19​

We are working hard to keep our staff and all families coming to visit us, safe, so have various precautions set in place. This means that there is no restroom use at our facility at this time, so we ask you to make appropriate arrangements before your visit. We also ask that if you know, or suspect you have been exposed to COVID-19 within the last 14 days, that you please update us and reschedule your visit until the threat has passed.

Puppy Health Insurance​

We now require all families taking home a Cream Puff puppy to sign up for a 30 day free pet insurance policy through Trupanion (unfortunately this is not free if you live in NY but we do still require you to sign up). The policy will cover you from the moment you sign up and you will not have to give any payment information. You have to opt-in but you do not have to opt-out. The free plan will automatically expire after 30 days unless you renew and provide payment details at that time. We do not feel comfortable sending a puppy home unless they are protected in this way. Most pet insurance companies require at least a two week waiting period before benefits start, however with Trupanion and our code, benefits start as soon as you opt-in. We want all of our puppies and families to be able to get the care they need. If this is an issue please let us know. You will need to activate the policy within 24 hours of picking up your puppy. If you do not activate within 24 hours of pick up, they will not honor the free trial. Thank you for your attention to this timeline!

First Vet Appointment​

Your puppy must visit a veterinarian within 72 hours of going home, and you must provide us with a copy of their examination results. This is part of our Health Guarantee and Sales Agreement.

Balance Payment​

We only accept personal checks two weeks in advance. We cannot accept a personal check at pick up. If you are paying your balance at pick up, you will need to bring a cashier's check or money order (made out to Cream Puff Labradoodles), or cash. We do also accept payment via credit card (however, there is a 3% convenience fee added for this payment methods).
